Welcome to my new photography blog!

It’s been a long time coming.

Let’s start with a little history about me and my photography. I’ve been shooting weddings around 2005ish and I used to be a little more involved with the marketing side of it. I’d blog, I’d do a facebook post, ect. Then I got really busy with weddings. And I had always felt it was always more important for me to get people their photos in a timely manner, rather than taking the time to blog and doing social.

Then instagram came along and it was horrible. You had to take the photo with your phone, it had to have a stupid filter, it had to be square. It was trash. So I ignored it as well. Eventually, it evolved but I had already written it off. Quite honestly, I’ve never cared about getting followers or have a big presence online. But you do have to get your name out there to get hired. I’ll make a instagram comeba
